Borage (Courage in communication)

For accepting changes; opening communication and letting go of limitations; embracing new projects. For enhancing the process of changing our ways of communication; for choosing new language, enhancing active listening.

When to use Borage:

  •    When starting a new project.
  •    When moving to a new location.
  •    When we are choosing to communicate in a difficult situation.
  •    When we are choosing new ways of communication or breaking old communication habits.
  •    When we feel like others do not hear or receive our communications.
  •    When healing PTSD, panic attacks, or anxiety disorders.

Sample affirmation: I listen to others. I allow time to know before I speak. I speak clearly and truthfully. I support myself. I am confident and secure.
