When to use chamomile:
- When we feel out of control.
- When we or someone around us has experienced violence or trauma.
- When changing old patterns or mental or physical violence to self or others.
- When we feel we can't find inner peace.
- When we find ourselves trying to control a person or situation.
- When we are in a power struggle with someone.
- When people around us are trying to control us.
- When we would like to experience more detachment.
- When disengaging from a situation or relationship, use with metaphysical practices.
