- When we feel we can not forgive ourselves.
- When doing transformative work.
- When our self-talk is negative.
- When we do not feel appreciated by others.
- When we are blaming ourselves for something, or others are blaming us.
- When we wish to feel more appreciated.
- When feeling guilty.
- When we have difficulty receiving compliments.
