When to use dandelion:

  • When experiencing any kind of holding pattern.
  • When we feel stress or tension.
  • Before, during, or after massage or other releasing treatments.
  • When the body is holding on to excess weight, tension or pain.
  • When physical symptoms include constipation or difficulty breathing.
  • When healing past-life issues.
