When to take lilac:
- When we are blaming others for our feelings or life situation.
- When healing a past trauma or injury to ourselves.
- If we have not forgiven God.

- When we can not see the good that comes out of a situation or event.
- When we have lost a loved one and feel like their passing had a bad effect on our life.
