DIAMONDHEART ESSENTIAL OIL BLENDS

These blends are referred to in the treatment guide as (DH). They are blends that I have developed over the years for specific purposes. Numbers in recipes refer to number of drops. These are provided so that you may make your own.

Inflammation Blend
Rosemary 13, eucalyptus globulus 5, hyssop 3, wintergreen 2, German chamomile 1, in 1 oz. plantain infused oil (or other carrier oil).

Bones, Joints, Tendons Blend
German chamomile 2, lavender 20, wintergreen 4, rosemary 16, eucalyptus 10, ravensare 4, in 1 oz. comfrey and birch infused oil.

Alaska Blend
Atlas cedar 6, sage 3, geranium 3, devil’s club 10%: 1, in 1 oz. Alaska birch infused carrier oil.

Aphrodisiac Blend
Ylang ylang 9, cinnamon 10, frankincense 6, cabreuva 9 in 1 oz. hibiscus infused carrier oil.

Anxiety Balancer Emulsion
Lavender 4, clary sage 5, bergamot 4, German chamomile 1, juniper 3, carrot seed 1, neroli 3; flower essences of sitka rose, fuchsia, begonia, carnation, dandelion; 1 oz. hibiscus flower emulsion carrier.

Clean and Clear Blend
Rosalina 6, lemongrass 5, bitter orange 4, juniper 4, petitgrain 4 in 1 oz. vegetable oil carrier.

Deep Peace Blend
Champaca 2, lavender 7, marjoram 4, neroli 2, spikenard 1, patchouli 10%: 1, in 1 oz. hibiscus flower infused carrier oil.

Detox Blend
Juniper 3, helichrysum 1, fennel 1, carrot seed 2, German chamomile 1, geranium 2, devil’s club 10%: 2, in 1 oz. plantain infused carrier oil.

Energize
Black spruce 3, eucalyptus 1, lemongrass 3, grapefruit 1, orange 1, cypress 1, fennel 1, in 1 oz. blue violet infused carrier oil.

Energy Balancer Emulsion
Jasmine absolute 10%; 10, neroli 5, frankincense 9, marjoram 4, ylang ylang 8; flower essences of fuchsia, dandelion, chamomile, begonia; fire agate gem elixir; 1 oz. hibiscus flower emulsion carrier.

Energy Enhancer Emulsion
Mandarin 7, lemongrass 4, may chang 4, bergamot 2, cedarwood 6, orange 2: flower essences of angel wings, wild geranium, black-eyed susan; fire agate gem elixir; 1 oz. St. johnswort infused emulsion carrier.

Energy Integrator Emulsion
Angelica 8, myrtle 7, clove 7, bergamot 3, rose otto 10%; 6; flower essences of calendula, borage, marigold; fire agate gem elixir; 1 oz. black cohosh infused carrier emulsion.

Energy Stabilizer Emulsion
Cypress 9, pine 6, cedar 6, spruce 4, sage 3, yarrow 4, vetiver 1; flower essences of delphinium, sitka rose, carnation, poppy; fire agate gem elixir; 1 oz. calendula infused carrier emulsion.

Nerve/Disc Regenerator
Helichrysum6, oregano 3, clove 3, wintergreen 2, in 1 oz. Alaska birch infused carrier oil.

Sensual Flowers
Champaca 5, ylang ylang 3, geranium 3, cinnamon 1, in 1 oz. vegetable carrier oil.

Spice of Life
Clove 3, cinnamon 1, patchouli 1, bitter orange 6, cedar 2, eucalyptus radiatta 1, ginger 1, 1 oz. vegetable carrier oil.

Vital Life Force
Spruce 4, tansy 8, rosewood 8, lemon 8, 1 oz. vegetable carrier oil.

For several years we have been using this amazing gift from the plant world called Emerald Elixir. Daily use has resulted in increased energy and vitality as well as weight reduction for us and many other people. We offer this recipe to you, with the hope that you too will receive great benefits!

Chickweed-2-3 cups (Clean, organically grown)
Dandelion-3 to 6 leaves (Clean, organically grown)
Plantain-2 to 4 leaves (Clean, organically grown)
Stevia extract-14 drops OR Maple syrup or sprinkles, agave nectar, etc.
Peppermint oil-2 drops OR grapefruit oil-12 drops
Pure water-1 qt.

TO MAKE FORMULA
Add all Emerald Elixir ingredients into blender container with water. Blend on high speed for 5 minutes, or until well blended. Strain the formula and place in a quart jar in the refrigerator. This elixir can be stored under refrigeration for several weeks without losing its potency. If the taste or aroma changes do not use it.

DOSAGE
Emerald Elixir should be added to water for use. Start with 1 to 2 tablespoons in a 6 to 8 oz. glass of water. Take this dosage two to three times a day for best results. Once your body gets used to the elixir, you can drink more or stronger doses daily.
Daily usage is necessary for the best results! This formula can be used safely over long periods of time without causing imbalance or harmful effects. Some cleansing symptoms are normal, and a good sign that the formula is working.

ADDING TO THE BASIC FORMULA
For a more precise effect, other herbs can be added to address underlying conditions that can cause excess weight.
