Swedish Massage:
This treatment beautifully blends specialized massage techniques with the therapeutic benefits of pure essential oils. By using a combination of different styles of massage and variations of pressure, this is a soothing and relaxing, head-to-toe experience that stimulates the elimination of toxins, strengthens the immune system, and achieves overall balance and relaxation.

Shiatsu Massage:
This technique works specifically with the energetic aspect of the human body. By manipulating certain acupressure points and meridians, the practitioner is able to release and move blockages of energy to create balance and harmony within the body. Shiatsu is preformed fully-clothed and, traditionally, on a mat on the floor.

Reflexology Hand, Foot & Head Massage:
During this soothing treatment, reflexes in the feet, hands, and head are stimulated by using specific acupressure points which correspond to specific systems and organs within the body. Stimulation of these points assists in deep relaxation, toxic elimination, and increased circulation.
